Caring For Your Soul:
An Introduction to Spiritual Direction

This course will equip you with tools to care for your own soul, as you engage in the honorable work of caring for others. Experience the gift of being listened to and of being witnessed. Explore ways to establish healthy spiritual rhythms for a long lasting life of service to God and others.

This 8 week course includes 6 live, virtual classes, 2 individual sessions with a trained spiritual director, and readings & assignments that will help you learn how to better care for your soul.

Live classes will take place on Monday evenings at 7pm CST, on the following dates:  April 3, 17, 24 & May 1, 15, 22.  Registered participants will be emailed all the information they need to prepare for taking the class.  Cost is $360.  RSVP by April 1st, 2023.

More about the Instructor:

Izabela Cormier is a Spiritual Director, Instructor, and Workshop/Retreat Leader. She received her training from the C. John Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction.  She is an active member of the Association of Covenant Spiritual Directors. Izabela is a charismatic contemplative, with a high regard for scripture and intentional community.  She is motivated by Jesus' vision of unity for the Church (John 17).  Izabela served as Minister of Music for 7 years at Canal Street Church: A Mosaic Community.  She holds a Bachelor's in music business from Loyola University New Orleans. She finds delight in nature and enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and close friends.
