Mini Movers is a movement exploration and dance basics experience for toddlers and their caregivers. Grown Ups participate equally alongside their Littles, as we all learn about our mind-body-soul connection through playful dance!

About the Instructor:
Izabela Cormier is a Mid-City ELC mom and Canal Street Church member. She is a former dancer and musical theater performer. For 8 years, she performed in regional theater companies across the Midwest. Her dance training includes Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz, African, and Latin Ballroom. "Ms. Bela" also taught specialty arts & conflict resolution classes for local New Orleans elementary and middle schools. She is delighted to bring the Mini Movers class to the community!

What should we wear?
Comfy clothes that you can move well in are recommended. Dance clothes are optional. Barefoot, socks, or dance shoes - no street shoes on the gym floor for this class.
What should we bring?
Bring a filled water bottle, so you can hydrate between dance moves.
Potty?
There is a bathroom just outside the gym doors. There is a toddler potty seat available. A changing table is in a nearby hallway.
